Please complete the below application if you would like to be a contestant on the Casino Cash Trivia show! There is no charge to be a contestant on our game show.

If you are chosen to be a participant, you will be required to agree to the rules before your appearance on the show. A copy of those rules will be sent to you for your review once you have passed the initial screening process.

Keep in mind that we currently only film in south Florida in Broward County (about 20 miles north of Miami) and we do not offer any travel expenses for contestants.
